Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds of the deposit if the party is cancelled 14+ days prior to your event date.

If cancelled within the 14 days before you event NO REFUND will be given. 

The refund only covers you for the deposit of party not full payment and not the provision of services. 

To be eligible for a refund, we need it put in writing to the email address shown on this website showing proof of party booking and payment. 

Once email is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. This is the date that counts, and we will get back to you within 24hours.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24hrs.
